CPD believes Taco Bell shooting was a case of self defense

The shooter remained on the scene and cooperated with police after the incident, which occurred around 9 a.m. Taco Bell is being investigated as a self-defense incident, Charlottesville Chief of Police Michael Kochis said Tuesday.
