66-year-old man dies in Lebanon County e-bike crash, police say

A Lebanon County man died after his electric bicycle crashed into a guardrail, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Troopers said Brightbill was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
