Man accused of charging judge, flipping table in domestic violence court hearing

Fletcher Morton, 57, allegedly charged toward Judge Andrew LeFever during a court hearing regarding a domestic violence case. The officer was giving a testimony in a domestic violence case, in which Morton was accused of threatening to kill the woman and strangling her.

The judge and Morton’s attorney had to tell him to be quiet after he repeatedly shouted to interrupt a Lancaster City Bureau of Police officer.
