Deputies: No charges to be filed in deadly September shooting

The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said no charges will be filed after a domestic dispute ended in a deadly shooting back in September. An extensive investigation found that the shooting was justified.

The Anderson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 44-year-old Adger Luther Stamey.
