Sharpsburg man charged with attempted murder after Montgomery County crash

More information has been revealed about the man arrested after a crash in Montgomery County that sent one person to the hospital in critical condition Saturday. According to an arrest citation, Bliffen admitted that he left the scene of the crash and had been drinking earlier.

He fled the scene on foot but was apprehended just over two hours later.
