St. Stephen opens new town hall, court and library

Town leaders and community members gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday afternoon to open a new town hall, magistrate court and library in St. County Supervisor and Council Chairman Johnny Cribb said the town’s previous facilities lacked adequate space.

The new building at 113 Ravenell Drive houses town business, court functions and the library under one roof.
