$4M to go towards repairing tornado-damaged affordable rental units in St. Louis, Missouri

Louis has awarded $4 million to repair 250 tornado-damaged affordable rental units. It now advances to the Board of Estimate and Apportionment for final approval.

The awards were led by the Affordable Housing Commission, in partnership with the Recovery Office. The funding comes from the $79 million in Board Bill 22 Rams settlement funds that were dedicated to tornado recovery.
