Ringling man killed, driver injured in Carter County UTV crash

A Ringling man is dead after a UTV crash Saturday night in Carter County. The driver of the UTV was injured; however, the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.

Joseph Wheeler, 35, of Ringling, was a passenger in the vehicle and died from his injuries.
