Omaha, Nebraska man accused of running over child on scooter appears in court

A man arrested after allegedly hitting a teenager with a car appeared in court Monday. 3 Cooper followed three children on motorized scooters near 205th and Harrison Streets.

Bradley Cooper, 49, is charged with 2nd-degree assault, use of a weapon to commit a felony, two counts of terroristic threats, and tampering with evidence.
