Probation search leads to arrest

A Summers County man is behind bars after a probation-related search. Martin was on probation for failure to register as a sex offender and was prohibited from possessing firearms because of a prior sexual assault conviction.

23 and the Summers County Sheriff’s Office and county Probation Office found three firearms at his residence.
