Semi-truck hit and run victim describe harrowing crash

Livingston Police are still looking for the driver of that semi, who did not stop after the wreck. The couple’s 9-month-old son, Koda, was not in the backseat at the time of the crash.

The couple was traveling east on I-12 near Mile Marker 20, where three lanes merge into two, as traffic began to back up.
