Anthropic Files for U.S. IPO, Plans Nasdaq Listing Under “ANT”

Anthropic, the San Francisco, California-based company behind the Claude chatbot, filed paperwork Monday for an initial public offering.

The artificial intelligence company plans to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “ANT.”

The offering price, final valuation and amount to be raised have not been established.
