Coroner: Gulfport teen identified as victim of fatal shooting

A homicide investigation is underway in Gulfport after a shooting early Saturday morning left one teen dead. Harrison County Coroner Brian Switzer identified the victim as 15-year-old Johnte Payton.

Officials say the shooting happened around 2 a.m. in front of a home on Commerce Street.
