Michigan high school football playoff pairings announced for 2026

The Michigan High School Athletic Association announced the pairings for the 2026 football playoffs Sunday evening, with local teams set to begin postseason play this week. District finals for 11-player teams and regional finals for 8-player teams will be held Nov.

The playoffs begin Friday with district semifinals in the 11-player playoffs and regional semifinals in the 8-player playoffs.
