Two suspects appear in court in death of Paris, Illinois toddler

Two suspects were in court Tuesday in connection to the death of a 23-month-old baby girl in Paris, Illinois. Both Heath and ZB’s father, Payton Beaver, were aware of her burns and avoided getting medical treatment for 32 hours.

They had simultaneous preliminary hearings Tuesday, where tensions rose as the suspects were escorted from the courthouse.
