Tallahassee, Florida man convicted of attempted murder after late-night argument ends in gunfire

A Tallahassee man was found guilty of attempted murder Friday for a 2024 shooting at a Trimble Road apartment. Arrest papers say Ponder and the victim started arguing after the victim and his girlfriend returned to the house around 3:30 a.m.

Garrett Ponder, 21, was accused of shooting a man during a late-night argument in the living room.
