Evacuation shelters open — Durango, Colorado

Volunteers are providing refuge, sharing information and helping with immediate needs. Red Cross shelters are open to everyone in need, regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or citizenship status, and all disaster assistance is free.

The evacuation center also provides food, water, medical care and mental health support.
