Kenya Confirms Ninth Ebola Case, All Linked to One Cluster

Kenya confirmed a ninth Ebola case Tuesday, the Health Ministry said. The latest patient is a close family member of the first patient and was already in quarantine.

Director-General for Health Patrick Amoth said all nine infections belong to one cluster, with no evidence of transmission outside that group.

Authorities had traced and quarantined 134 of 135 identified contacts as of Tuesday.
