Construction Update: Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing and the College of Arts and Sciences At Loyola University

The 200,000-square-foot facility is a design by Woodhouse Tinucci Architects. This is the site of the former Campion Hall student residence, which was torn down last winter for the new building.

Addressed as 1144 West Loyola Avenue, the building will front North Sheridan Road from Loyola Avenue north to West Albion Avenue.
