No injures after plane crash-lands on I-80

Storey County Fire Department told KOLO 8 that the plane had a single occupant. Fire officials said the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection is responding to aviation fuel that spilled on the roadway.

It was unclear if there was damage to any other vehicles on the road. Storey County posted on X that all westbound travel lanes are closed and it is unclear when they will reopen.
