Crash blocks I-5 southbound near Woodland in Clark County

Emergency responders closed Interstate 5 southbound early Thursday morning after a crash involving a motorcycle rider just south of Woodland, the Washington State Department of Transportation said. There’s no immediate word on when the road will reopen, and drivers are asked to avoid the area or expect delays.

The crash was reported at about 4 a.m. at Milepost 19.
