Charleston County weighs eliminating night bond court, says decline in cases prompts end

Charleston County leaders could soon be taking steps toward eliminating night bond court. According to statistics from the county, the court handles approximately 900 cases a year.

This comes after officials reported that a decline in cases can no longer justify for the court room to be open at night.
