Recall papers to be presented against Elk Mound Village President at board meeting

Recall papers are being presented against the Elk Mound Village President at Monday night’s meeting for the Elk Mound Police Department decision. The board voted 6-1 to disband the police department.

As we’ve previously reported, the Elk Mound Village Board voted to disband the Village’s Police Department and contract with Dunn County.
