Suspected DUI driver arrested after 2 killed in wrong-way crash on I-680 in Concord

The head-on collision happened at about 1:50 a.m. on northbound Interstate 680, just south of Willow Pass Road, the CHP said. The third Lexus passenger and both drivers suffered major injuries.

Two passengers in the Lexus died at the scene, according to the CHP. The Lexus driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, the CHP said.
