A magnitude 3.2 earthquake was recorded near Tokoroa at 2026-10-19 08:36 NZDT, according to European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC). The earthquake was measured at a depth of about 191.4 km. The epicenter was approximately 14 km from Tokoroa.
