Naples sues airport authority over loss of control of city-owned land

Winds NE at 10 to 20 mph. Before the law, members of the Naples Airport Authority were selected by city council members as the city owns the airport property.

The negotiations came after a state law, House Bill 4005, passed this year changed the selection process for airport authority members.
