Data center petition filed with probate court

Coweta County residents collected enough signatures for a Home Rule petition regarding data centers. The Home Rule petition contained more than 14,800 signatures from registered voters in Coweta County.

On Friday, the Citizens for Rural Coweta officially filed a petition with the Coweta County Probate Court proposing changes to the county’s data center zoning ordinances.
