Kyiv residential building reportedly struck by Russian ballistic missile

A Kyiv residential building was reportedly struck by a Russian ballistic missile, according to an initial report.

The information provided did not identify the district or give confirmed details about casualties or damage.

The specific incident and weapon type have not yet been independently verified. Earlier reporting described a separate drone strike on a residential high-rise, so casualty figures from that attack should not be attributed to this report.
