Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was reportedly taken from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey for medical treatment after suffering a head injury early Saturday, October 10.

TMZ reported the incident on Monday, October 12, citing sources at the federal prison.

Returned to prison before sunrise

According to the report, an ambulance left Fort Dix around 1 a.m. Combs returned before sunrise and was reportedly conscious and speaking. The injury was described as non-life-threatening.

Hospital destination not confirmed

Although some headlines described Combs as being rushed to hospital, TMZ said it had not confirmed where he received treatment.
