VIDEO – Massive fire reported at Saudi oil facility near Jeddah as attack claims circulate

Video circulating online appears to show a large fire at an oil facility in western Saudi Arabia near Jeddah, amid renewed Houthi attacks on Saudi energy infrastructure.
Initial reports identified the site as an Aramco-linked refinery complex in the Jeddah region, although Saudi authorities had not immediately confirmed the exact facility or cause of the blaze.
Separate reports on Monday said a possible attack had affected the Petro Rabigh refining and petrochemical complex north of Jeddah, but officials had not yet confirmed that the fire resulted from a Houthi strike.
The footage shows large flames and thick smoke rising from an industrial site, but Cedar News has not independently verified the exact location or when the video was recorded.
The incident comes amid a sharp escalation between Saudi Arabia and Yemen’s Houthis, who have recently claimed missile and drone attacks against Saudi oil infrastructure.
Caution: several older Saudi fire videos have also been recirculated online during the current escalation, so the exact provenance of this footage remains under verification..
