Poland issues RCB alert for Lublin region during major Russian air attack on Ukraine

Poland’s Government Security Centre issued an RCB emergency alert for residents of Lublin Voivodeship during a major Russian air attack on Ukraine.

Authorities said the situation was being closely monitored and confirmed that Polish military aircraft were operating in the country’s airspace as a precaution.

The warning was sent to residents of eastern Poland while Russia carried out a large-scale aerial attack involving drones and other weapons against targets in Ukraine.

Residents were advised to monitor official communications and follow instructions from authorities.

The RCB alert was later lifted after the immediate threat had passed, with officials saying there was no threat to Polish territory.
