Video: New footage shows massive police response after Vienna, Georgia block party shooting leaves 2 dead, 35 injured

New video footage shows the massive emergency response following the homecoming block party shooting in Vienna, Georgia, where two people were killed and as many as 35 others were injured early Sunday.
Dooly County Sheriff Craig Peavy said more than 1,000 people had gathered around Pine Street when someone opened fire at approximately 1:20 a.m.
Authorities said gunfire erupted at at least two locations about one block apart, with shots fired toward a group of roughly 50 people.
Around 25 of the injured were taken to hospitals for treatment.
The new footage shows numerous police vehicles, sheriff’s deputies, emergency crews and investigators working around the scene following the shooting.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) is assisting local authorities with the investigation.
The identities of the two people killed have not yet been released, and authorities have not announced a suspect or possible motive.
The investigation remains ongoing.
