Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Victoria, Victoria Riverside Park, Downtown Victoria, Victoria College, Victoria Detar Hospital North, Ball Airport Area, Victoria Mall, Victoria Colony Creek Country Club and Saxet Lakes. This includes the following highways. US Highway 59 near mile marker 638. US Highway 77 between mile markers 572 and 576. and near mile marker 584. US Highway 87 between mile markers 808 and 814
