Kalamazoo man hospitalized after two-vehicle crash on M-43

A Kalamazoo man was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash in Van Buren County.
Victims and emergency response
At around 5 a.m., deputies with the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office (VBCSO) responded to M-43 near Walden Way in Almena Township for a two-vehicle crash.
Both vehicles were disabled from the impact, and M-43 was closed in both directions.

The delivery truck driver was not injured. Alcohol is not believed to be a contributing factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.
