Catherine Terwilliger Now Leading St. David’s Episcopal School

St. David’s Episcopal School in Wellington has new leadership with fresh ideas and bold ambitions.
Official response and confirmed impact
The new head of school is Catherine Terwilliger, who assumed her new role in mid-July.
Terwilliger has been well-received by the teachers, staff, students and parents. She is excited to be leading the school.
“Everybody has been very welcoming, and I am excited to be here. Everybody has been very helpful and giving grace to me.
I’m looking forward to implementing new ideas.” Terwilliger added that the atmosphere at St. David’s Episcopal School is very comforting.
“Working here feels like I am at home,” she added. While Terwilliger was born in Geneva, New York, she feels like a Floridian.
“I have lived in Florida for more than 30 years, and I have been living in Loxahatchee for 27 years,” she said.
Incident background
“I am delighted to be a part of the growth of the school,” said Terwilliger, 52, who lives in the Acreage/Loxahatchee area with her husband and seven children.
