Central Lafourche High School Student Arrested for Terrorizing
Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced a female Central Lafourche High School student has been charged with terrorizing for making an online threat.
Arrest and charges
Christian Pollard, 17, of Raceland was arrested Thursday evening.
On October 1, 2026, investigators learned Pollard had allegedly posted a video to SnapChat threatening to kill students at the school.
On Thursday evening, deputies made contact with Pollard, and she was taken into custody.

Charges and court proceedings
The video quickly circulated to students, parents and school staff on Thursday afternoon. Following an investigation, a warrant was obtained for her arrest.
She was booked into the Lafourche Parish Correctional Complex in Thibodaux and charged with terrorizing. Bail is set at $50,000.
