Incident under investigation

The US Supreme Court on Thursday rejected a request from a Charles Koch-backed nonprofit to pause enforcement of Delaware’s Elections Disclosure Act against the group ahead of the midterms.

“The application for writ of injunction presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied,” the high court said in a one-sentence order addressing Americans for Prosperity Foundation’s emergency application.
