Potential Impact
Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Loma Alta, Vinegarone and Devils River State Nat Area Del Norte. Much of the run-off has made it's way into larger creeks and streams, meaning portions of the Devils River, West Nueces River, South Llano River and their larger tributaries will make low water crossings impassable for several hours with rapid rises that could be life-threatening at downstream locations
