Suspect charged in death of UMass student to appear in court

A 19-year-old UMass Dartmouth student accused of killing a football player is due in a Providence courtroom on Monday.

Chukuwnonso Uzome-Eze,is charged with murder in the stabbing death of 18-year-old Marvins Antoine outside a Providence club last weekend.

Uzome-Eze was brought back to Rhode Island over the weekend. With the state murder case now moving forward, there are still questions about what happens with ICE.
