Family holds ‘one last cruise’ for UT Tyler student killed in shooting

A funeral was held for the University of Texas at Tyler student that was shot and killed outside of his home Sept. 18.

Victor Bravo, 19, was laid to rest after his family lead “one last cruise” in his truck as he was taken to the cemetery.

Family, friends, and members of the community were invited to join the procession and ride along in his honor.

The investigation into Bravo’s death remains ongoing, and the Smith County Sheriff’s Offices urges anyone with information about the shooting to contact them or the Smith County Crime Stoppers.
