Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Clovis, Ranchvale, Cannon Air Force Base, Saint Vrain, Oasis State Park, Broadview, Bellview, Portair and Pleasant Hill. This includes Highway 60 between Mile Markers 371 and 393
