Official response and confirmed impact
During the 2026-27 University of Maine men's ice hockey season, the University of Maine will implement various road closures, parking lot closures and traffic pattern changes throughout campus for every home game.
Additionally, an ADA accessible shuttle service provided by Cyr Bus Line is available to fans throughout the season.
Details on parking options, shuttle operations and a map are below. UMaine Police will be present every game to assist with traffic flow procedures.
If necessary, UMaine Athletics will share updates ahead of time so fans can easily plan their trip and enjoy a smooth gameday experience. PARKING SHUTTLE SERVICE
A free ADA accessible shuttle bus provided by Cyr Bus Line will be available to fans attending Maine men's ice hockey games.
Fans may park in the Collins Center or Belgrade lots on the east side of campus and ride the shuttle to Alfond Arena.
Shuttle service will begin two hours prior to puck drop, with return trips available at the completion of games.
