Willmar Police Identify Victims in Rau Park Triple Shooting, Ask Public for Help

– Willmar Police have released the names of those involved in a triple shooting that left two men dead and a third fighting for his life, as they ask the public for help piecing together what happened.

Police say 19-year-old Alexis Antonio Quintanilla Deras and 20-year-old Yasir Diriye Kahin, both of Willmar, died in the shooting.

The third victim, 19-year-old Giled Fahran Abdi, a former Willmar resident now living in Bloomington, was flown to CentraCare-St. Cloud Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

Officers were called to Rau Park at 8:00 p.m. Monday on a report of gunshots.
