Arrest made in June homicide of Charleston man

A Ravenel man has been arrested in connection with a homicide earlier this year.

Greggory Scott, 25, is charged with murder, possession of a firearm during a violent crime, and obstruction of justice.

Leon Deas, 30, of Charleston, was killed in June after a shooting on Sanders Road. Two others were also injured.

Scott has been booked at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center.
