According to CNN, today’s incident in the Red Sea involving the loss overboard of both a F/A-18E “Super Hornet” and tow tractor from the main hanger bay of the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75), occurred while the Truman was carrying out “evasive maneuvers” to avoid incoming fire from the Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen.
