Double Shooting In Annapolis Kills 16-Year-Old, Victim’s Name Released

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Police on Tuesday released the name of a 16-year-old boy killed in a double-shooting last month in Annapolis.
Officers identified the late victim as Robert Clark. The other teenage victim survived.
Authorities still don’t know who shot the boys. No suspects were found.
“This kind of disregard for the lives of people in our neighborhoods must stop,” Annapolis Police Chief Edward Jackson said in a press release. “We are with city agencies and community partners to find and arrest those committing these deadly and reckless crimes.”
Police said the shooting happened July 27 around 10:19 p.m. in the 1900 block of Copeland Street.
