A 28-year-old man has been arrested after shots were fired at a house with children inside.
A large number of police vehicles were seen arriving at the address in Liverpool after reports of a gun being fired at around 3.50pm this afternoon. Two men dressed in black were seen running from the scene of the shooting.
One of the property’s windows was damaged but no-one has been injured, reports the Echo. Merseyside Police have arrested a 28-year-old man in connection to the incident and taken him to be questioned. Detective Chief Inspector Andy McCourt said: “The investigation is in its very early stages and officers are currently in the area to carry out CCTV and house-to-house inquiries.
