Arrest of Paul Aguilera

On Monday, February 10, 2025, at 12:25 a.m.,  Paul Aguilera (28-year-old, from the 64XX block of Oxford Avenue) was swinging a long expandable yellow flag pole (8’-23’ length) at the overhead electrical wires attempting to knock them down on the 73XX block of Frankford Avenue.  The male was arrested and police confiscated the flag-pole. 

Paul Aguilera was charged with PIC, REAP, Evading Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct-Hazard
