A woman who cut down an American flag and replaced it with a Mexican Flag and threatened to kiII police officers was arrested in Bakersfield, California.
24-year-old Crystal Aguilar was seen replacing the American flag with a Mexican flag at the entrance of Hart Park in Bakersfield.

The American flag had been thrown in the mud before she raised the Mexican flag.

Aguilar was charged with vandalism, threatening a peace officer, and resisting arrest, according to local news reports.
