UK: Man dies after crash that killed aunt and cousin as family hit by triple tragedy

A man has died a month after a horrific car crash that also killed his aunt and cousin.

Ralph James, 67, from Penarth in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, passed away following the crash on the A4050 near Barry on November 2. Two women sadly died at the scene, while two other men were taken to hospital. It has now been confirmed that the two women who died at the scene were the aunt and cousin of Mr James.

In a tribute, his family said he worked at the Cardiff Docks from the age of 18 and was “loved by all his family and friends”. They wrote: “He was loved by all his family and the wider community who knew him. He always had time for people and was well known. He lived his entire life in the Penarth area and worked at the Cardiff Docks from the age of 18.
